This New York loft, renovated by interior designer Tina Rich, is located in the heart of Soho. With a privileged location, the space was a hidden gem, outdated, and in urgent need of updating. The exposed brick walls and structural elements such as beams were preserved, but without falling into the excessive “industrialization” of the aesthetics.
White walls, pastel tones, and natural wood floors contrast with the glazed enclosures with black metal profiles and concrete finishings. The loft is furnished with custom design pieces, vintage finds, and the works of up-and-coming makers and artists such as Karen Tinney, Eny Lee Parker, and Michelle Quan give a relaxed, natural style with a feminine touch — a jewel in the heart of New York.
