Most architects and interior designers dream of designing and rehabilitating large spaces. Spaces with impossible ceilings flooded with natural light. However, small areas represent a more significant challenge, an effort to maximize each square centimeter.
We are fascinated with today’s project. Little bigger than a room, this 25 square meter apartment in the heart of Paris, owes its exceptional design to French Italian firm Atelier Lavit. Few exceptional materials – Oak and Carrara marble- blend perfectly with the point-de-Hongrie wood floor. The mirror and the white walls help to multiply the light, and they enhance the spatial perception.
We, who always dream of big spaces, are absolutely overwhelmed by this small big project.
