Beach House | Constructed Emptiness

Calvin Klein Beach House

The colonial-style house was built in 1929, and Calvin Klein acquired it in 1999 to make it his private refuge. The Miami beach house is about 500 square meters and has five rooms with private bathroom. Most of the furniture and antiques were chosen by the designer Axel Vervoordt.

Articulated around the patio, the one-story structure has outstanding views. The greenery creates a relaxing environment, fully immersed in nature. Inside, white is the dominant color, and the spaces are open and diaphanous, allowing light to flow freely.

The floors are the strong point of this house,a combination of bare and old woods, in tune with the tables and benches, and
smooth concrete, which offers the same sensation of the place without artifice. A serene and peaceful space. Pure beauty
