Cristina Celestino | In10

After several years of living in NY, one of the good things about returning to Europe was being able to attend Il Salone. Last year, we were surprised by the original concept that Cristina Celestino presented in the Brera Design Apartment for the Fuorisalone.

Named one of 100 Best Designers of the Year 2019 by AD, Cristina is one of the top players in the world of contemporary design. Her interiors are somewhat oneiric, with reminiscences of the past, and a feminine, sharp look.

The variations of scale in the patterns she uses, the love for colors which she handles with “delicate finesse,” and an infinite curiosity to experiment with materials, makes her design unique.

With an impressive client list, such as  Fendi, Sergio Rossi, Tonelli, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Fornace Brioni, or Luisa Via Roma, Cristina Celestino,  has established herself as a new star in the world of design.
