Emilie Bonaventure | Splendid

PARIS APARTMENT

Emilie Bonaventure designed this apartment on the IX arrondissement in Paris. The French designer, whose studio be-attitude juggles interior design and scenography, contemporary art, fashion, and gastronomy, made a spectacular reformation of this Parisian apartment that occupies what used to be the stables of a Hôtel Particulier and is distributed on several levels for a total of 180 square meters.

Inspired by ancient Greece and Rome, with the vibrations of white and stone filling the rooms in a refined style and always with a natural finish, sophisticated enough not to look fake.

The antique wooden floor – end of the XVIII century-, together with the marble, alabaster, and the two different types of travertine, are masterfully combined with the selection of furniture, mostly original from the 60s and 70s. Together
they create a luxurious atmosphere, but with no ostentation.

A majestic gem in the heart of Paris.  Follow her  @emiliebonaventure
