The first time I saw the work of Jersey Ice Cream Co., I was studying interior design at the FIT, NY, and their work and lifestyle seemed like a dream life. They are a couple of interior designers with a very particular approach: they live in (or near) the homes they are renovating throughout the project. Their philosophy and approach to interior design are so unconventional, is a breath of fresh air.
