3 small changes to update your home
We work at home, so we are always on a voluntary “self-quarantine”, but we understand that these can be difficult times for those who are not used to it. Following our post on Thursday, in which we talked about how to cope with a period of confinement at home, today we want to share three small changes to easily update your home and make it feel like is brand-new! #stayhome #stopthespread.
1.Rearrange the furniture
How long has the couch been in the same place? There are numerous combinations that you can make with each of the pieces that shape any room and change from time to time; its distribution ensures a happy mood. Take the opportunity to reorganize it during this period of confinement!
2.Renew your walls
The walls are the perfect element to give a renewed air to our house. From changing the color, wallpapering or coating, to renovating the art gallery that we have on it. There are a lot of possibilities in terms of wall lights and furniture that can give you a new look. And if you are one of those who prefer not to put anything on, follow the color trends and dare to take a chance on some of the walls to give a more spacious feeling or simply turn your house into a more welcoming home. You can buy the material online!
3.Little details that change everything
Small changes in our routines can achieve great results. The same goes for decoration. From changing the cushion covers in the living room, the pattern on the curtains or reupholstering the chairs in the dining room, to replacing the knobs on the kitchen cabinets. Transform your home by finally making decisions you’ve been thinking about for a while. Another example is painting the doors of the entire house. You know what’s wrong with the house, and you’ve been putting it off for a while. Take action!
